A little about us — after spending most of our lives in Lithuania, a country with less than 3 million people, and equivalent to 0.03% of the total world population, we decided to share our culture with the rest of the world. With the long and powerful history Lithuania has in its roots - we came up with an idea to push our culture through our authentic cuisine outside of the limits. Baltic Bites began its journey in October of 2018 in Cary, North Carolina with the expectation of breaking the norm and big hopes to expand.

Baltic Bites is currently the first and only Lithuanian food truck in the United States.
